Chad is the President and Director of Operations for the Hershel “Woody” Williams Medal of Honor Foundation. He works hand-in-hand with fellow founders, the Board of Directors, and Advisors to develop, assess, and oversee implementation of the organization’s strategy and management.
He comes from a multifaceted background in the equine and music industries. Chad has worked in various roles within top equine industry operations including farm management, training, and exhibiting. These efforts have resulted in multiple World’s Championships as well as playing key roles in world class breeding and racing operations. Within the administration sector of the equine industry Chad served as the Chairman of Young Trainers within United Professional Horsemen’s Association.
Within the music field, Chad is a successful musician, performer, songwriter, and producer garnering critical acclaim and industry awards as well as wide-spread public support.
In recent years Chad has shifted his focus toward working in the non-proﬁt sector. Having graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Interdisciplinary Social Science, he is currently a Masters Candidate at Spalding University in the Masters of Business Communication Non-Proﬁt Administration Program. In addition to his involvement with the HWWMOHF, Chad is also involved as the Co-Founder of the Louisville Musician Service Coalition, a service organization aimed at using music to positively impact the community.
He is an avid sports fan and outdoorsman spending a great deal of time with his sidekick, his dog an Australian Blue Heeler named Wolfie.
