Brent Casey is Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Hershel Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation, and serves as the Chairperson for the Board of Directors, and liaison with the Foundation Officers. Brent is responsible for the external daily operations of the Foundation as well as developing relationships and partnerships with supporting organizations and other non-profits.
He served in the United States Army as a combat medic with the 82nd Airborne Division during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. As a non-commissioned officer, combat medic, he was awarded the parachute jump wings, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Combat Medical Badge, and Meritorious Service Badge.
Brent graduated Summa Cum Laude with both his Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Business Administration – Management. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Management at Sullivan University, Louisville, Kentucky.
Brent is also involved in other various military and Veteran organizations. He is currently the Staff Photographer for the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and also serves on the Board of Directors for two other nonprofit organization's, Dogs Helping Heroes Inc. and Veterans Memorial Park of Kentucky Inc.
Brent is a "die-hard" Pittsburgh Steeler fan and Louisville Cardinal football and basketball fan.
