Chad is the President and Director of Operations for the Hershel “Woody” Williams Medal of Honor Foundation. He works hand-in-hand with fellow founders, the Board of Directors, and Advisors to develop, assess, and oversee implementation of the organization’s strategy and management.
Dale Egan is a shareholder with the law firm von Briesen & Roper in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he focuses on corporate law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law. Before that Dale was Associate General Counsel with Emerson Electric's mergers and acquisitions law group in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mike King is a professional project manager from Louisville, Kentucky. He has been with the Foundation for three years, is Secretary and on the Projects Committee providing information to build Gold Star Family Memorial Monuments. In September, 2016 he dedicated a monument at a Kentucky Veterans Cemetery so he understands the challenges of these efforts.
Tiffany is a certified public accountant and owner of Clergytech, Inc., where she has spent over 17 years working with non-profits, churches and government entities across the country in the areas of tax, accounting, compliance, payroll and management. She specializes in exempt organization oversight and consulting.
